Candidate privacy notice

• What you send us: your name, email, phone, country, LinkedIn and portfolio links, your resume, a headline and summary if you add them, your answers to the role's screening questions, and how you heard about us.
• What we add while we evaluate you: resume review notes, assessment results (our own role tests, English C1 test and portfolio reviews, or a TestGorilla test taken before October 19, 2026), and interview notes and ratings.
• If you take one of our assessments: your answers, how long each question took, the work you submit (links and files), a log of when you leave the test tab, switch windows, paste text, leave or return to full screen, or have a second screen connected (on browsers that report it), the date and name you agreed to the test rules with, and, when the test asks for it, still photos from your camera.

To decide whether you fit the role you applied for, to consider you for future roles, and to introduce you to client companies that hire through us.

• Client companies we put you forward to. They see the profile we share with them for that role.
• The providers that run our tools: hosting and file storage (Railway), email (Resend), AI (Anthropic), and TestGorilla for tests taken before October 19, 2026. They process your information only to provide their service.

We use AI tools to help review applications. For written assessment answers, an AI model may suggest a score and point out spelling and grammar mistakes; a GrowthPair marketer reads your answer and sets the score. People at GrowthPair make the decisions. We don't sell your information.

• Some of our assessments ask to use your camera. While you work, it takes a still photo every 30 seconds or so, plus one when you start. No video and no sound.
• Why: to confirm that the person taking the test is you, working on your own. A GrowthPair recruiter looks at the photos next to your answers.
• Who sees them: the GrowthPair team only. They're stored privately and never shared with clients.
• We don't use face recognition, we don't build any face data from them, and we don't run AI on them.
• We delete the photos 180 days after you finish (or after the link expires).
• You can say no to the camera and still take the test. We note that the camera was off, and the recruiter takes it into account.

Before your first test you agree to these rules. They apply to every test on your link.

• Stay in full screen. From the first question to Submit. If you leave it, the questions hide until you come back, and your timer keeps running.
• Don't leave the test. No other tabs, apps, sites or tools while it runs. We log every time you leave this page.
• No AI tools. Don't use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other AI to read or answer a question.
• No screenshots. Don't screenshot, photograph, copy or share the questions, during the test or after.
• Turn off extensions. Switch off browser extensions before you start, AI helpers, grammar checkers and translators included.
• Use one screen. Unplug any second monitor. Chrome and Edge tell us when one is connected, and we log it.
• Work on your own. Nobody else helps you, in the room or online.
• Keep the questions to yourself. Don't share them with anyone, during the test or after.

On a phone, or a browser that can't go full screen, the full-screen rule becomes: keep the test page open and in front until you submit. We don't list every check we run. A GrowthPair recruiter looks at what we log next to your answers, and a person makes every decision. If you break these rules, we can cancel your result and end your application with GrowthPair.

If you're placed with a client or in our talent pool, we keep your information while that's true. If we don't move forward with you, we delete it 2 years after your last activity with us. Assessment camera photos go sooner, as described above. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
